DELIVERY MAINLAND UK
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 4 working days. Depending on the size and location of the order, we will deliver either by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Courier Company or our own vans.
DELIVERY OF AQUARIUMS OR CABINETS
Aquariums come fully assembled and cabinets come flat-packed. Because of the fragile nature of aquariums, delivery is only made by our own van. The aquarium is unpacked and checked upon delivery to ensure that all components are present and undamaged. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, once the delivery of these goods has been accepted and signed for, no claims for damage or breakage can be considered. You are therefore advised to inspect the goods prior to signing delivery acceptance and the driver leaving. This is normally done quite quickly by cutting the top open and looking inside the tank or with cabinets, checking the packaging for any obvious external damage. If, by chance, you have received damaged goods, you must refuse to accept the goods at the point of delivery. Note: The delivery charge paid by us covers delivery to your door or the closest safe place within your front door. The delivery charge does not include 'up the stairs' or 'in the lounge room' or installation and setup in any way.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
PRICES
We make every effort to maintain prices throughout the year, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. The prices in our online shop are current and include VAT at the current rate.
A Contract between the customer and Petcare T/A Aquacare for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased then please return them within 14 days and we will refund you in full. When returning items you are strongly recommended proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
If goods have not been delivered within 30 days of order then the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and to request a full refund of the entire purchase price provided the goods if then delivered are returned to Aquacare unused and in their original packaging. Post back to:

CHANGES TO SPECIFICATION
Aquacare reserves the right to make changes at any time and without notice to the materials, dimensions, colours and design of its products and such changes shall not affect the validity of any contract with the buyer provided that such changes or modifications to not adversely affect in any material way the performance of the products or the quality thereof. Where there has been a change Petcare T/A Aquacare will endeavour to supply a product that is as similar to the product ordered as is reasonable practicable. The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund given if any replacement is deemed unacceptable.
FORCE MAJEURE
Aquacare shall not be responsible for delay or failure to deliver goods if such failures arise due to Force Majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lock outs, or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non availability to Petcare T/A Aquacare of manufactured stock, parts or materials, delay or failure of delivery of the products to Aquacare by manufacturers, suppliers or other persons, government action, legislation or regulation of any kind, act of God or any circumstances reasonably out of our control.
PRIVACY POLICY
Aquacare does not disclose any customer information to any third party. The information collected during the placement of an order with us is held by us and is collected solely to enable us to fulfil your order.

Our software does use cookies, but this is only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket and favourites.

Information supplied by you may also be used to send you information about our products, services and special offers from time to time, subject to any objection or preference choice that you may indicate when submitting your details to us.
